  • All fragrances sold on our website are authentic, premium-quality products.
  • Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance; colours or packaging may vary slightly.
  • Availability is subject to change. If a product is out of stock after purchase, you will be contacted for a refund or replacement.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • We may update prices at any time without notice.
  • Payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
  • We do not store or have access to your card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on location.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is proven defective.
  • Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds are issued once the product has been inspected and approved.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photos or videos as proof.
  • If approved, you will receive a replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, the return policy applies.
